TMJ Analysis and Treatment
Non-surgical treatment. TMJ facial pain is very common. The numerous treatment options often leave people confused. Many times a patient unknowingly accommodates the slow development of symptoms. In
our office we relieve more chronic facial pain and headache suffering
than any other thing we do. The good news is that splint therapy (night guard appliances) is the treatment of choice and usually all that is required. Rarely does a patient need treatments beyond splints although occasionally bite change or surgery may be necessary.
